I feel like a broken record but I just cannot say enough good things about Kim! We are THRILLED to have her as our regular delivery driver now and she really takes pride in her work and in making sure that we are happy and all set up. She even goes out of her way to mark things vegetarian and/or meat as she knows that's a huge issue/common question about our company. Her energetic personality rubs off on everyone she runs into in the office and we look forward to seeing her smiling face every chance we can! She's the best!!

We only order from ROTR a couple times a year but when we do, it's for a special event. When our server Anthony saw how disappointed I was that we didn't receive an item that I had left off, he volunteered to bring it to us. He was back before I knew it and I really appreciated his extra effort! Thank you!

Normally, delivery people come and drop food off and there's nothing really great to be said, but today I had a pleasant experience with Kim. She was extremely nice and friendly during her visit here and made sure that all the necessary meals were in order before leaving. It was so nice to see someone take the time to make sure that everything was delivered as expected.

With our busy schedules, its really nice that we don't have to worry about running out and getting lunch for our meetings. The process for ordering lunch from ROTR was so simple. Michelle was or delivery person and she was on time and extremely nice. You definitely will continue to have our business :)

Your staff is always friendly and helpfull, but today is the best!
Steve delivered all of our food and realized right before he got here that the restaurant forgot to send dressings and condiments. He then chose to call the ROTR office and ask them what we usually get and went and bought some at the grocery store across the street!!!
Great Job Steve! It's employees like that that really make a great business even better!

Thank you so much for helping us with all our catering needs! I work 6 different jobs at my office and providing lunch for all the meetings we have here has been made easier by calling ROTR. Our server Angie was so nice when she delivered lunch for the CEO, she definitely surpassed my standards of customer service.

We order from Restaurants on the Run at least 3 to 4 times a week, and I have to say that the service just keeps getting better. Kim was our server today and she sure is great at her job. She came into our office with a big smile ready to help me set up lunch. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail and her friendly demeanor. Thanks again Kim~ You are the best!!!!
