| Restaurants on the Run Rewards |
Terms and Conditions |
1. The structure of the Restaurants on the Run Rewards program is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at Restaurants on the Run’s discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time. This Rewards Program is based online and an online account is necessary to earn, verify and redeem rewards points. Additionally, Restaurants on the Run has the right to end the Rewards program by providing written notice to its members 1 month in advance of program termination. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem for rewards may end 1 month after notification, no matter the extent of member participation in the program. |
2. Restaurants on the Run rewards (ROTR Rewards) membership benefits are offered at the judgment of Restaurants on the Run. Restaurants on the Run has the right to modify, limit or cancel program rules, regulations, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points, or the ability to obtain certain rewards. Restaurants on the Run and its partners may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of points received for a promotion or required for a reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward; (c) add shutdown dates or limits for any reward at anytime, or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards; (d) change program benefits, partners, restaurants served by Restaurants on the Run or reward partners, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting points, or rules governing the use of rewards. The accrual of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points or rewards or have any cash value. With the accrual of points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level;(e) will not accept any returns or exchanges on products or gift cards redeemed through our Rewards program with the exception of faulty/broken products returned to our corporate address within 30 days of redemption accompanied by a letter stating the reason why the product is faulty/broken. |
3. If there is a case of fraud or abuse involving the Restaurants on the Run rewards points or reward use, Restaurants on the Run has the right to take appropriate executive and/or legal action, and all points earned through Restaurants on the Run Rewards may be forfeited and the account closed. Membership in Restaurants on the Run Rewards, including any points issued to a member, may be revoked or suspended at Restaurants on the Run’s sole discretion if a member fails to pay for delivery or house account when they are due. |
4. If Restaurants on the Run Rewards Points are not used or an account becomes inactive after 2 years, Restaurants on the Run has the right to terminate the account, all Rewards points associated with the account and all rewards. |
5. Restaurants on the Run employees and family/friends of employees who are utilizing employee internal discounts are not allowed to be enrolled in the Restaurants on the Run Rewards Program, accumulate points or redeem points for rewards. Accounts may be checked, verified and revoked at anytime if employees are utilizing these discounts and accumulating rewards points. |
6. Best Buy, Nordstrom, Regal Cinemas, Amazon.com, Garmin, Simon Mall, Victoria's Secret, Target Sony, Toshiba and Apple iPOD are not sponsors, co-sponsors or affiliates of the Restaurants on the Run Rewards Program, nor are the names, designs, logos and related trademarks that are used, but are the registered trademarks of their respective companies. |
7. Participation in the Restaurant on the Run Rewards program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures that Restaurants on the Run may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. Restaurants on the Run may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. Restaurants on the Run has the individual discretion to interpret and apply the program rules. |
