What happened to my Restaurants on the Run account?

Your account (including your username and password, delivery address and house account) are waiting for you at Grubhub for Work. You can view them by logging in.
Do I have to create a new Grubhub for Work account?

Use your Restaurants on the Run username and password to log in at Grubhub for Work. If you are a new user, you can easily create an account here!
I have a House Account. What happens to my account?

Your House Account will be transferred over, and your Users, Budgets, Invoices and Reporting will remain the same.

The average food delivery time varies based on size of order and time of the day. With the power of Foodgistics, we can usually quote between 60 and 90 minutes, allowing for possible incidental delays like heavy traffic, long preparation times in busy restaurants, and poor weather. We strongly recommend Lunch food delivery reservations between 11:30-12:30 be made the prior day, as that time period gets booked quickly. We also suggest planning ahead, if at all possible, to guarantee your delivery time, especially for large orders.

The food delivery charge can be slightly different based on the area you are in and the type of customer you are. For exact details call or chat with us online. Currently the typical driver delivery fee is $9.99, plus gratuity. Our ROTR Service fee is 5.99% for Business, Residential and Hotel deliveries and $14.99 flat for pharmaceutical deliveries in most areas. There is a minimum food order of $20. Certain restaurants may require higher delivery minimums based on your location from the restaurant.

Yes, you can order food delivery from more than one restaurant, especially for large catering orders where you need multiple types of food, but we do require that you meet the minimum order and pay the normal delivery charge for each restaurant you order from.

Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must match delivery address), House Account, and Gift Certificates.

Residence/Hotel: Cash, Credit Card, and Gift Certificates.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club Credit Cards are accepted.

Yes, our accounting department is available to sign up corporate house accounts by simply calling (949) 951-2500, x3215 or Toll Free at (800) 510-3663, x3215 during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

The restaurant delivery time and date requested may not match with the available restaurant delivery hours, or the restaurant may be placed on a temporary vacation which means the restaurant is not currently offering food delivery orders via ROTR. It is also possible that you are requesting a restaurant delivery date and time that cannot be fulfilled. If there is a restaurant and/or food delivery time, that is not being accepted when you are ordering online, please contact a customer service representative at (800) 510-3663.

Login and go to your "My Account" section and then click the "Order History" button to see the status of all current and past restaurant food deliveries you have placed. Also, with every food delivery you place online, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you log in with. If an e-mail is not received, please call (800) 510-3663, press option 2 (customer service) and provide your e-mail address to verify the order being placed.

If this was your first online RESTAURANT DELIVERY order with our service, and you do not receive a phone call or voicemail message from ROTR to confirm your order, it is possible that the order had to be cancelled due to an invalid phone number or suspicious delivery address. If you did not receive a phone call from ROTR on the date of your delivery for your first online order, please contact us immediately.

After a food delivery order has been placed online you can add-on to the order through the website for up to 2 hours before the food delivery time. To do so, login to your "My Account" page and select the Edit/Duplicate button.  If the button is not available, please contact customer service at (800) 510-3663, option 2 for any item add-ons or deletions.

Call (800) 510-3663 and press option 2 for customer service. Please have your invoice number available. Cancellations must be done at least 2 hours prior to the delivery time and will require restaurant approval if 2 hours notice is not provided for the cancellation. If a restaurant has already prepared food items, you will not be allowed to cancel items that have already been prepared by the restaurant. Because of email delays, please do not email cancellation requests.

Yes, Restaurants on the Run has taken your security and privacy very seriously and has taken all necessary precautions to receive and store your data securely. We use Thawte security on all payment/personal information pages that is date stamped to verify security.

100% of your gratuity goes directly to your mobile server. Mobile servers are self-employed and use their own transportation/gas and work hard to make sure that your restaurant food is delivered on-time and accurate. Depending on your area of delivery, a 12% to 15% gratuity or flat $5.00 minimum (whichever is more), is required on all food deliveries. Some areas will also require that the gratuity is calculated on restaurant food total, beverages/catering accessories ordered, restaurant delivery fee and cash adjustment (if necessary). Since the tip is mandatory, the tip is considered to be a taxable item, so please note that the tax will increase based upon the selected tip amount applied to the food delivery order. Breakfast and non-standard food delivery times require an 18% gratuity.

Gratuity for out of Area Restaurant Food Deliveries:  Out of area restaurant food deliveries, are subject to an additional tip charge based upon the distance from the selected restaurant to the desired out-of-area delivery location.

Tax-Exempt Customers:  If your organization has documentation stating that they are tax-exempt, please contact our call center for further details for processing your tax-exempt orders at (800) 510-3663.

Yes, Restaurants on the Run Rewards is all done online with your online ordering rewards account.  You can still place your restaurant food delivery & catering orders by phone and earn points! Keeping track of it all online, lets you view and control your points 24 hours a day - 7 days a week!

The basic ratio is for every $1 you spend ordering restaurant delivery online you earn 20 points and for every $1 you spend ordering food delivery on the phone you earn 10 points. Points are awarded for every dollar spent on food, beverages, delivery fee, and adjustments. All points are pending until your restaurant delivery is completed. There are also 3X point promotions constantly going on to earn you even more points when you order with select restaurants from Restaurants on the Run! Refer a Friend to order food delivery and earn  30,000 rewards points!

Some of the rewards include Gift Certificates, iPOD MP3 Players, Digital Cameras, Vacation Packages, Plasma Televisions and new prizes are being added regularly! Other prizes may also be available based on your location.

It's easy, simply go to WWW.ROTR.COM/REWARDS, enter your e-mail/password, view the available prizes and click on the redeem points button next to the prize you wish to redeem within your point balance. That's it! From your online rewards account you can also view your qualifying restaurant delivery order history, accumulated points, spent points, prizes and your current rewards points balance.

Typically, it will take 2-3 weeks to receive your reward. Gift cards and small items will usually take 2 weeks, while magazine subscriptions may take up to 8 weeks for your first issue to arrive based on their circulation cycle.

Can I receive points for food deliveries I've placed in the past?

No, points are only added to your account for restaurant food deliveries made after you have been enrolled. If you are unsure whether you are enrolled or not, please login with your e-mail/password combination at WWW.ROTR.COM/REWARDS to view your current balance and past rewards history.

Your rewards points are good as long as you are an active customer. If your account becomes inactive and points are not redeemed after 1 year, Restaurants on the Run reserves the right to cancel your points. Please see TERMS AND CONDITIONS for more information.

Billing & More

All credit card transactions receive a pre-authorization for an additional 10% in the event any additions are made on the order. The pre-authorization will be removed within 2-3 business days and the final charge will be processed for the amount on the invoice or for the amount the customer signed for at the time of delivery. If the pre-authorization amount causes any problems for you, please contact your financial provider for further assistance.

Please call (800) 510-3663 option 2 for customer service, and have your invoice number ready. Keep in mind that a working fax machine is required to complete the payment authorization process for gift orders. ROTR will send an authorization form to be filled out and signed and then faxed to (949) 951-7700. This will prevent the driver from collecting cash or an alternate payment method from the recipient. If this situation is going to be a recurring event, we recommended that you purchase gift certificates for the payment of gift orders.
